xh555 takes underage gambling seriously. Age verification (KYC) is required before withdrawals are processed, and may be requested at any time. Providing false date-of-birth information is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
5.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Creating, operating or benefiting from multiple Accounts is prohibited regardless of the device, payment method, email address or IP address used.
5.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering your Account, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. Submitting false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
5.3 KYC Verification. xh555 is required to verify the identity and age of its users. You agree to provide, when requested, valid government-issued identity documentation — such as a Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or valid passport — along with any additional documents required to complete verification. Failure to complete KYC may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
5.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. xh555 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
5.5 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting support. All outstanding wagering requirements must be satisfied before a closing balance is processed for withdrawal, subject to the withdrawal terms in Section 7.
6.1 All deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform at the time of transaction. Available methods may change from time to time. xh555 displays familiar Pakistan payment references — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as general contextual references only. 6.2 Deposit limits, minimum and maximum transaction amounts, and processing times vary by payment provider and are subject to change. Users are advised to check current limits within their Account settings or by contacting support.
6.3 All funds deposited into your Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
6.4 xh555 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds deposited where this is required for compliance purposes. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in the suspension of Account access.
6.5 Deposits are made in good faith. Where a deposit is subsequently reversed, charged back or disputed through your payment provider, xh555 reserves the right to deduct the equivalent amount from your Account Balance and to suspend the Account pending investigation.
7.1 Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification as described in Section 5.3. xh555 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until identity verification is complete.
7.2 Withdrawals will, where possible, be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit. xh555 reserves the right to use alternative methods where necessary for compliance or operational reasons.
7.3 Processing times for withdrawal requests depend on the payment method selected and are not guaranteed by xh555. Bank transfers, mobile wallet disbursements and other methods may carry their own settlement timelines independent of the Platform's processing.
7.4 Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the Platform's cashier section. xh555 reserves the right to adjust these minimum thresholds and will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
7.5 Where Bonus Funds are active in your Account, a withdrawal request may result in the forfeiture of those Bonus Funds and any associated winnings where the wagering requirement has not been met, in accordance with the applicable bonus terms.
8.1 All bonuses, free bets, reload offers and promotional credits offered by xh555 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, game contribution percentages and time limits are specified in the individual promotion terms.
8.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus. While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, a maximum single bet limit applies as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Placing bets in excess of this limit may result in the forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them.
8.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not fully wagered within the specified promotional period will expire and be removed from your Account Balance without compensation.

9.2 xh555 reserves the right to void bets where there has been a palpable error in the odds published, a system error, or where fraudulent activity is suspected. In such cases, the applicable stake will be returned to the Player's Account Balance.
9.3 Live betting markets are subject to suspension and settlement in real time. Bets accepted before a market suspension remain valid unless otherwise specified under the applicable betting rules.

13.3 xh555 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability which cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law.
14.1 xh555 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice, provided that where changes are material, reasonable notice will be displayed on the Platform.
